Hobbies and pastimes are important to help us achieve balance in our lives. Pastimes like silver jewellery making, cross-stitch and letter pressing are just some crafts that could help your mood and overall well-being in 

I love to crochet and find that picking up my crochet in an evening or after lunch can help to relax me and give my mood a boost.  There is also a great sense of achievement as you see your project grow and seeing the finished article bolsters your confidence.

So think about what crafts you might enjoy and get creative….it will calm your soul and help you balance your stress levels.

The number of sessions needed will vary, for example treatment of phobias would usually require 3 sessions, treatment of depression or anxiety may require approximately 8-10 sessions. Anti-Smoking is a single session.
